No one can do everything, but everyone can do something.




  • Round of golf at Oakfield Golf and Country Club. Current Oakfield members will be provided a pass to bring a friend.

  • HFX Pro-Am branded Golf Polo.

  • HFX Pro-Am branded Golf Hat.

  • Meals provided during shifts.

  • Volunteer credential provides weekly access.

Volunteers needed:


  •  Tournament Operations  - This group assists Tour and Tournament Staff with the set up, maintenance and removal of tournament infrastructure. Also, responsible for providing on course transportation. This position may require availability leading up to the tournament.

  •  Volunteer Services  - Manage volunteer area and distribution of volunteer package and meals.

  •  Hospitality  - Assist attendees in the VIP Hospitality areas.

  •  Transportation  - Shuttle drivers are responsible for transporting players between the golf course and the host hotel. A valid driver's license is required for this role.

  •  Driving Range & Practice Facility  - Oversee clinics and warm up area. Available shifts Thursday to Sunday. 

Player Services

  •  Player Services  - Tending to Player Lounge, ensuring players are properly registered on Monday and Tuesday of tournament Week, and providing community information to the players. This group works closely with the Tour's Player Relations department.

  •  Media Services  - You will also be responsible for providing access to local media when play beings. 



  •  Scoring Central  - Communicate with the walking scorers on the course and oversee live scoring to PGATOUR.com. These shifts are Thursday to Sunday.

  •  Leaderboards  - Responsible for posting and updating the top 10 players on the leaderboard for spectators. Available shifts are Saturday to Sunday. 

  •  Walking Scorers  - Responsible for recording competitor's hole scores on the course and therefore, requires that you will be able to walk 18 holes. Available shifts are Thursday to Sunday. 

  •  Standard Bearers  Standard bearers walk with the group and the walking scorer, posting each competitor in the groups score on a standard for spectators. Available shifts are Saturday to Sunday. 

  •  Driving Distance Measurers  - Standing on a designated hole measuring player driving distance. Available shifts are Thursday to Sunday. 

  •  Marshalls & Spotters  - Primarily stationary position and work to manage spectators on the course and assist players with locating tee shots. This role may involve standing for longer periods of time. Available shifts are Thursday to Sunday.







Volunteers will be required for a minimum of two 6 hour shifts during the week & will pay a $30.00 volunteer fee.
